The cyclist died as a result. result of serious injuries sustained while his bike was in a collision with a car in Rothwell.
fatal incident took place at the crossroads of Glendon Road and Rushton Road around 12:10 yesterday (Tuesday 14 June).
A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: collision featuring white Renault Clio and pedal cycle took place at the crossroads of Glendon Road and Rushton Road.
“How result of in collision the pedal cyclist is a man in his 70s – was taken to Coventry University Hospital. with serious injuries, but later, unfortunately, died.
