The application has been submitted on Friday in court of judicial magistrate (east) in Karachi for in post-opening of the late presenter and politician Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
It became known that the court served notices on heirs of the late Aamir Liaquat Hussain via the police, demanding that they come in court or submit a response.
The court requested a response from the heirs before 9 am on Saturday.
It should be noted here that the well-known TV presenter and member of National Assembly (MNA) doctor Aamir Liaqat Hussain dies in his house in Karachi a few days ago.
His family refused post-opening of his body despite the persistence of the police.
