LAHORE: Punjab Assembly on Sunday sharply condemned attack on Gurudwara in Afghanistan and demanded reliable security for participants of Sikh community.
The resolution was proposed by Pakistan Muslim League member Nawaz (PMLN). of Punjab Assembly Ramesh Sindh Arora, which was unanimously adopted by the House of Representatives. Punjab Assembly session iwan-e-Iqbal was chaired by the chairman of the commission Khalil Tahir Sindhu. who also expressed displeasure over absence of officials from the gallery during session.
He was assured that officials ensure their presence in in session. Legislators in their respective performances on in budget the year 2022-2023 has come up with his proposals and called for specific relief measures general public.
Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz also attended session. Mumtaz Chang, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA from Rahim Yar Khan, said his constituency was in difficult situation. He asked the chief minister take action to resolve complaints of in people.
