“When he came back from this weekend in Idaho, I was hoping after spending some time in jail that maybe it will be a wake-up call for his like ask the question: What is group that I was involved [with]where it really takes me,” she said.
But when she saw him, Amsden told her son stood by group and this plans.
She said he told her, “We were there to stop them from courting children. We did what we thought was right.”
“That’s when I said… you can’t live in my house and do it of things and put this kind of hate out in world and put yourself in danger”, she told CNN. of her confrontation with her son. “You need to move out of my house.”
Amsden said no know what else to do when you reach the end of her leash with her son. She said he grew up with love and had friends of different nationalities and cultures before he became involved with extremists and began to express their views.
“Is not who I, and I’m sick of hearing this and even worse know that it comes from my son,” she said.
