Two people were arrested in connection with bloody mass shooting left three dead and at least 11 wounded in Philadelphia over weekend, the message said on Monday.
Rashon Varin was arrested at around 20:00 and charged with attempt murder and aggravated assault in connection with Saturday night mayhem reports Fox 29.
Koran Garner was also charged with aggravated assault and assault on law enforcement officers during recovery in hospital after being shot by the police.
