representative added complaints related to various departments including education, irrigation, health, construction, office, agriculture, WASA, labor, university of Faisalabad Agriculture, Faisalabad Municipal Corporation, Collector (Consolidation) Multan, ADC(R) Toba Tek Singh, Highways Executive Engineer division Mianwali, A.C. Malakwal, District Accounts Office Punjab Workers Welfare Board and District Benevolent Fund board.
This assistance was provided to applicants against their complaints about the failure to provide of financial help, family pensionvacation cash, marriage allowance, monthly allowance, tips, arrears of salary, exemption of monthly pension and reimbursement of CDR, Representative added.
Meanwhile, the ombudsman office settled eight-year-old issue of widow of C&W department of Mianwali’s employee to help release financial a grant of four lac rupees.
The applicant from Gujranwala, namely Syed Tahira Yasmin, especially thanked the Ombudsman. office for its active role in release of old contributions of she was late husband who died while serving. The spokesperson concluded that total value of issued award over 5.6 million rupees.
