Huberman said he saw at least two people get out of aircraft by adding a few people were delivered on stretcher for emergencies personnel.
Chad Rani, who made another video of accident, told CNN he had a boat at the wharf next on the bridge and heard an explosion.
He went up to see what happened and wrote down aftermath of in crash. His footage showed dark feathers of smoke rising over the plane.
NTSB and FAA are investigating crash.
