Yellow warning issued for 4-year-old child who He was reportedly abducted from an apartment building. in Salem City this afternoon.
The child was allegedly taken from Harvest Point Apartments, 469 Grieves Parkway, by a woman named Daishalize Velez-Fernandez.
She is believed to be driving a 2010 car. black Ford Fusion with New Jersey tags Z25PAD.
