Two men were arrested after the “riots” in Glasgow tonight.
Mercy crews arrived, including the Scottish Police and the Scottish Ambulance Service. on Deanston Drive in showlands area of in city around 18:45.
Eyewitnesses say there were at least nine policemen there. vehicles and officers in attendance.
Helicopter also presumably circled overheard.
One eyewitness said: “Two guys in separate wagons and one big knife invested in another police car.
“At least 9 vehicles. Everything happened very fast.”
Another said: “Helicopter up now at least half a dozen cops.
Third added: “It was some kind of answer … I thought there was some of bad accident”.
Two men aged 36 and 40 were detained and charged. in attitude towards the incident.
No one was hurt during event.
A police spokesman for Scotland said: “About 6:45 pm. on On Monday, June 6, the officers were called to riots. on Deanston Drive, Glasgow.
“There were no reports of any serious injury.
“Two men aged 36 and 40 were arrested and charged in connection with of this incident and must appear before the Glasgow Sheriff’s Court. on Tuesday, June 7th.
The report will be sent to the prosecutor’s office.”
