KARACHI:
One person died, 13 were injured in explosion in Saddar Karachi area on Thursday evening.
Explosion took place in Segment Murshid Bazaar of Saddar area of metropolis. Smoke came from the explosion people started to panic in This aftermath. Furthermore, over half a dozen cars and motorcycles, including a Pakistani Cost Guard (PCG) vehicle found be damaged.

As soon as the explosion was reported, a large contingent of police and rangers rushed to the place, cordoned off off in area and called in a bomb disposal team and a crime investigation team. Volunteer Rescuers also delivered the wounded to Jinnah Hospital for immediate medical attention.
The bomb went off in front of a double-cabin vehicle of PCG, which was also badly damaged. The explosion was powerful what windows of nearby buildings were destroyed and their inhabitants fled in panic.
The bomb disposal squad personnel arrived at the scene and began collecting evidence from the scene.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of South Sharjil Haral told reporters that the two PCUs personnel were injured in explosion.

The report also mentions that one bicycle, seven motorcycles, eight cars and one shop were badly damaged in in attack. The wounded were identified as Shahroz, 24, Zahid, 26, Fayzan, 14, Muhammad Amir, 42, Imran, 18, Abdul Manan, 17, and Wali Muhammad, 30. The deceased was identified as Omar, aged 25. administration of Jinnah Hospital, injured already died when he was taken to the hospital.
