LAHORE: Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday shared a message on international day for liquidation of Child labour.
CM Hamza said that the peoples who are concentrating on upbringing and care for children prosper and coerce the innocent children to work hard tantamount to cruelty. He said that during his tenure of Shehbaz Sharif as CM has passed effective legislation to eradicate child labor in the province.

Hamza Shahbaz said that Prime Minister Shahbaz personally led campaign to eradicate disaster of child labor, and during his period it was largely eliminated. He added in era of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), children working on stoves were decorated with decorations of education and innocent hands got pens and books instead of bricks and mud and they were also gave a scholarship.
In your message, CM Hamza blamed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government and said that, unfortunately, they did not pay attention to the elimination of child labor and PML-N government Russia’s efforts to end child employment were thwarted by previous government.
CM Hamza demanded that all sections should play effective role in rid society of child labor.
Previously special court (Central-I) confirmed pre-arrest pledge of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his son CM Hamza Shehbaz in 16 billion rupees money laundering The case was initiated by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
