A 15-year-old was found guilty of murder software engineer Jan Kirwan, who was stabbed in chest after scandal in Asda in Redditch.
Kirvan, 53, was stabbed in the heart of a young man who was then 14 years old after he challenged him for mess around in toilets in the supermarket on March 8 last year.
The assassin from Birmingham traveled with a group of male friends on a train to Worcestershire and subjected Mr Kirwan to a minute attack near the entrance of Asda store.
Youth acted as of a masked gang that “terrorized” members of in public in Redditch.
Three other boys – two aged 14 and one 16 years – cleared of murder and manslaughter, but the jury found they are guilty of violent disorder.
The fifth boy, aged 16, was acquitted. of murder manslaughter and violent disorder, stating that he was not involved in in fatal confrontation and could not have foreseen it.

A ten-week lawsuit at Birmingham Crown Court said Mr Kirwan, an artificial intelligence engineer. who worked at Jaguar Land Rover’s headquarters in Coventry, was “an unfortunate member of in public in in wrong place in wrong time”.
All those convicted will be sentenced by the same court, on February, 15.
