Head of PTI Imran Khan of Shahbaz Gill staff appear before the Islamabad District Court and Session Court, where the police will request for extension in his physical detention, Geo News reported on Friday.
Police escorted Gill to court in wheelchair from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in early hours of Friday. Strict security measures in place outside court.
The hearing will be chaired over Judge on duty Judicial Magistrate Raja Farrukh Ali Khan, who It has also came to court.
Gill is eligible
Meanwhile, Shahbaz Gill is in perfect health, according to a medical report from the PIMS hospital.
Sources said doctors of The PIMS hospital released Gill’s medical report late Thursday night. Medical board published a report after conducting ten different tests, including for coronavirus test. All of his tests are clear, according to the report.
Except, six different x-rays also blown away out. Report says PTI leader in good physical health and no symptoms of torture was found on his body.
Sources say Shahbaz Gill could be released from the hospital at any time. The doctors of medical board are of opinion that Shahbaz Gill was completely healthy, but they did not allow the police officers to interrogate him in the hospital premises.
