An FDNY firefighter died Sunday afternoon after being caught. in partial collapse of the ceiling during the struggle with house fire in Brooklyn, officials said.

Klein, of Queens, was the 1157th NYPD fireman, die in line of duty, the officials said. In 2019 he delivered a eulogy for another FDNY firefighter from the same Brooklyn fire department who died in line of duty Stephen Pollard.

He suffered an undisclosed “medical episode” and before Klein was last FDNY firefighter owed in line of duty.
