Case has been registered against right-wing leader in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh for Her controversial statements against In particular community.

Aligarh police registered the case against Sadhvi Annapoorna, alias Pooja Shakun Pandey, who calling herself national secretary of Akhil Spices Hindi Mahasabha, for Spreading hostility between the different groups.

Mrs. Pandey has been arrested twice over The last 2 years ago by Aligarh Police for Controversial actions and statements but got bail in In the two cases.

Case has been registered against to her in Gandhipark Police Station under Section 153A/153B/295A/298/505 of The supervisor, Kalanidhi Nithany said “IPC” of The police are on you.

Ms. Pandey and some other Hindu religious leaders have been taken into custody by the Uttarakhand Police last year for Hate speech in Haridwar “Dharam Sansad” (religious complex).

Delhi Police also Recorded a hate speech case earlier this year Related to “Dharam Sansad” in The national capital.

Between December 17 and 19, two events Organizer in Delhi (by Hindu Yuva Vahini) and Hardwar (by Yati Narsinganand) experienced hate speech including open calls for hnf against Muslims.

Pooja Shakun also made Addresses in 2019 when I shot a doll of Mahatma Gandhi raised slogans in praise of Nathuram Godse at the time event in Aligarh.
