There were no further details. made available but the Chicago Tribune reports that the boater in Arena spotted a floating victim body and alerted the authorities.

Days earlier, two women were badly injured on Saturday in rafting accident. One received serious injuries to her arms, and the other, Lana Batochir, had her legs blown off. Batochir, and mother of two, has since had three amputations of both 10″ legs below knee.
