Another Hungarian specialist in the senior management team of Qualysoft Group.

In addition to the sales and business development processes of the Hungarian office of Qualysoft, Katalin Korcsok now also manages the processes and structural merger of sales in Austria, Germany, Romania, Switzerland and Serbia. From February, the specialist will hold the position of Head of Sales Management at Qualysoft Group in addition to his position as Commercial Director in Hungary.

His responsibilities include coordinating the processes of the separate sales organization in the Austrian, German, Romanian, Swiss and Serbian offices, as well as creating a new sales structure so that the company can operate uniformly at the holding level.

“One of the biggest challenges is that we have to place our sales structure on a single platform in such a way that the cultures of sales in different countries are different and the competencies of colleagues are extremely broad,” explains Katalin Korczok.

He adds that various factors affecting business life, such as rapid advances in technology and ever-changing market conditions, also keep customer needs in constant flux. As a result, they developed a new approach to sales strategies, which means they had to rethink their sales processes as well. Despite the convenience of the digital world, personal and supportive customer management is still necessary, and a framework needs to be created to meet these needs.

Katalin Korczok joined Qualysoft Magyarország Zrt. in 2017 as a sales and business development department. Since 2017, the manager has grown a complex customer service team under his hands, which he taught to succeed in a team in a large company. Since 2021, he has been entrusted with the management of sales and business development. In addition, in the Hungarian office of Qualysoft, he built sales processes and a support system similar to those in multinational companies.

“It is rare for a company where project management and service management are combined with competence consulting at the appropriate point in the sales cycle. We need to expand this model to an international level among our offices. We are starting to expand sales based on competencies that have now become international, with serious expectations,” the specialist added.
