He made remarks in an address to journalists at the ambush of the UN Security Council after the signing event chaired by India of advice on “A Global Approach to Combating Terrorism: Challenges and Perspectives”.

“I know we’ve been through two and half years of Covid and more of us have brain fog like result. But I assure you world I have not forgotten where terrorism comes from, who have their fingerprints over a lot of of activities in in region and outside region.
“So I’d say that’s what they are should remind yourself before indulging in view of the fantasies they make,” he added.
Mr. Jaishankar answered a question on Minister of Pakistan of State for Hina Rabbani Khar’s recent statement that “no country has used terrorism better than India.”
He urged the US Secretary of State of Hillary Clinton State, who in the joint news conference in 2011 with then-Pakistan foreign minister Khar said, “You can’t keep snakes in your backyard and expect them to only bite your neighbors.” “I’ve read reports on what Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said.
