The Oakland Police Department is investigating the shooting, left two people dead and two others were injured, authorities said.
Shooting took place in block 950 of apgar street just until 22:00, where the officers tried help two were injured, but they died on the spot.
Two other victims were hospitalized for treatment, but no details about their condition have been released.

Opsal said the shots were unmistakable.

Opsal called 911 and told NBC Bay Area that another neighbor was trying to help somebody who injured when the police arrived at the scene homeapparently rented. just for night.

Berkeley Unified School District released a statement saying they are “deeply saddened to learn that two Berkeley High School students and beloved members of BUSD family lost their lives.”
