According to her, protein products are the most dangerous – meat, sausages, sausages, cheese, eggs and convenience foods. Because its shelf life and storage conditions are strictly defined. Therefore, eating them after the expiration date is associated with the risk of poisoning, which manifests itself in the form of abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and fever.
She points out that bread can cause poisoning, which is accompanied by headache and nausea. She says: “The reason is that molds often develop in bread, and even if the mold part separates, it is not suitable for bread. Because the fungus has roots that go down and spread deep in the bread, and are practically impossible to dispose of.”
