Police are investigating the alleged dangerous driver who was forced removed died from his van due to erratic behavior in hospital.
Avon and Somerset Police responded to several calls around 3:30 pm. on Friday about dangerous van driving on wellsway in south of Bath.

Detective Inspector Keith Smith said: “At this early stage of our request is not currently clear what happened and what led to the sad death of a man.
“Our thoughts with his family in this difficult time and we will carry out thorough investigation to provide them with the answers they deserve.”
Mr. Smith added: “While the officers were talking to a number of people at the scene, we believe there are others who witnessed the incident who we really want to talk.
“We’d also like hear from anyone who drove on Wellsway, Churchill Bridge or Lower Bristol Road yesterday afternoon who there are recordings from the video recorder of incident, and anyone who grabbed it on their phone number or private CABLE TV.
“In the same way, if your vehicle or property was damaged, please report us know.”
