LAHORE:
police arrested six men for their alleged involvement in in murder of two spanish sisters of Pakistani origin in Gujrat on Sunday.
According to official statement, two sisters were killed in title of “honour” on Saturday and the accused confessed to being involved in in murder
At a press conference, Gujrat District Police Officer Ata-ur-Rehman stated that the two sisters were allegedly killed by their brother and uncle for not submitting because they were forcibly married for family.
The two victims, Anisa Abbas (aged 24) and Arouj Abbas (aged 21), wanted separated from their Pakistani husbands and were forcibly summoned from Spain to Gujarat, where they were strangled and shot dead on Friday night, the police said.

Among those arrested were Shehriyar (brother), Muhammad Hanif (uncle), Qasid, Atik, Hasan and Asfandyar.
According to a spokesman for the Punjab police, the case of the incident was reported while an investigation is underway out from all sides.
Recall Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz drew attention to this of in murder of two sisters within of Galiana Police Station in Gujarat and demanded a report from the inspector general of Police.
