“At this point we can confirm shooter down at the moment. officers currently go through every room in in building examination for additional threats. We know there are multiple injuries and possibly several casualties. “

Tulsa shooter commits suicide, report says
Tulsa City Council member Jamie Fowler told 6News that police told him the shooter committed suicide during the incident.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out these three victims and our police force trained, prepared for it could be worse,” Mr. Fowler said.
“What am I know as long as it’s that there are 4 dead so far, and one of this is the shooter and they took their lives, and there are three innocent bystanders who died.”
