Drivers have been warned not to drive “unless absolutely necessary” after serious accidents resulted in road closures. on West Coast.
Around 11:05 on On Friday, traffic police officers were called to report. of a one-vehicle crash on A82 near Tyndrum, in Argyll and Bute.
One person was taken to the hospital as a result of the officers shutting down down a stretch of A82 between Fort William and Tyndrum.
A little hours later around 2:30 p.m., emergency services were called to the A828 near Castle Stalker. on Friday after reports of a collision with car and a truck.
The entire road from Oban to Fort William was closed. down officers and this currently unknown if anyone was wounded as result.
This happens after a big crash closed down A82 the day before, who saw two people pronounced dead on the stage.
The police issued warning on social media speaking drivers Do not travel “unless absolutely necessary”.
It read: “Major road closures. on west coast due to serious traffic accidents. The A82 is closed between Fort William and Tyndrum.
“A828 also completely closed. Traffic changed to Spin Bridge and to A9.
“Avoid area as long delays were expected. Don’t travel unless absolutely necessary.”
As for the A82. crash, a police spokesman for Scotland said: “About 11:05 on On Friday, August 19, the officers received a report of a one-vehicle crash on A82 near Tyndrum.
“One person has been hospitalized.
“There is a road currently closed.”

“Rescue Services” remain on the spot and the road is most likely remain closed for several hours.
