QUETTA: Rescue operation underway out to save six coal miners in a trap in coal mine after it collapsed when the explosion occurred in Shahrag area of Harnay region on Saturday.
After the incident, the Balochistan government sent departments concerned take action for victims on immediate basis. Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) team got to the place and started a rescue operation to take out caught miners from a coal mine.
According to reports, the rescue operation is underway out already. The explosion was reportedly caused by a buildup of poisonous gas in mine of Tarh Tanguy area of Harnai.
The miners, including Sarfraz, Ghani, Rehman, Bacha Kha, Rehmanullah, Najib and Nasib Gall, were trapped. in coal mine and all that of they belonged to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In accordance with private media report, Levy’s representatives said at least six miners are trapped in coal mine collapsed after explosion in Harnai region.
According to Levy officials, as soon As soon as the incident was reported, the Rescue Service and the district administration went to the scene to start a rescue operation.
The officials of the fees also said that the accident took place in mine of contractor Haji Dilawar Khan in Shahrg Tarkh Tung, where coal was mined.
