ISLAMABAD: after Prime Minister Imran Khan’s address to the nation on Thursday in which he vehemently criticized the United States for launching drone attacks in Pakistan during the war on terror and tries to “use his influence” in displacing it, former foreign minister of country Hina Rabbani Khar said the prime minister sabotaged US-Pakistan relations to save his government.

Speaking with Geo Newsex-foreigner minister said that it was not only the PPP government’s decision but the general condition policy on Drone attacks were beautiful clear.

“Thirty years from now, no one will remember who Imran Khan was, she said. People will only remember that prime minister who sabotaged US-Pakistan relations to save his own government.”

Har went on say the biggest problem with Prime Minister Imran Khan in that he hurts cause of Pakistan trying to hurt him opponents.

That former foreign minister added this using diplomatic cable for one’s own benefit and calling it a conspiracy against in prime minister [by foreign powers] represents a “dangerous stance”.

Khar criticized Prime Minister Imran Khan for saying that the telegram had arrived even before the opposition’sconfidence motion to remove him from office.

“We have foreign ambassadors of many countries a life in Pakistan who send diplomatic telegrams detailing the situation in the country to their capitals on daily,” she said.

She said that all world knew that the opposition in Pakistan Considers Motion for No Confidence against prime minister.

“PPP has consistently condemned drone attacks during its tenure”

Responding to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s comments on the previous government that they were silent on in issue of US drone attacks in Pakistan, Khar said that during his tenure as a PPP government “consistently condemned drone attacks in the strongest possible manner.”

The ex-minister stated that, in order to declare his condemnation, the PPP government even invited the United Nations special speaker on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions in Pakistan.
