LAHORE: national headquarters of Pakistan Red Crescent Society awarded over state-of-the-art Blood collection van to Punjab Red Crescent Unit to increase capacity of its Blood Donation Center.
PRCS Secretary General Abaidullah Khan presented keys and documents of Blood collection van for Punjab Red Crescent Secretary Mohammad Zahid, in simple ceremony held at PRCS NHQ here on Thursday.
The document was signed by Muhammad Abaidulla Khan. on on behalf of of National Headquarters and Muhammad Zahid on on behalf of of Punjab branch.
The blood collection van was handed over over to Punjab Branch on guidance from PRCS Chairman Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari in wake up of his commitment to strengthening all Red Crescent chapters and innovating in departments and programs for efficient service delivery.

On this occasion, the secretary of the Punjab branch, Muhammad Zahid on on behalf of of Sheikh Ahmed Farouk, Chairman of the Red Crescent Punjab Justice Department (R), thanked Chairman of the PRCS Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari and General Secretary Abaidullah Khan.
Formerly PRCS NHQ also provided two state-of-the-art ambulances to the Punjab branch to increase PHQ’s capacity and range of services. of Blood Donation Center and Red Crescent Medical College.
