ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb said in categorical terms on Saturday what general elections will take place in August 2023, ruling out negotiation with PTI Chairman Imran Khan on the foundation of threat and dictatorship.
“When we got used to call for negotiation on economyCovid-19 pandemic, FATF and national security issues, you said, “I won’t give NRO”.
“Imran Khan Sahib! They won’t give you NRO today,” she said during news conference here in answer to one hosted by the PTI Chairman in Peshawar.
minister argued: “There can be no negotiations with you. Since you demanded an election date, I give you an election date, listen carefully and write it down. down: elections will be held in August 2023”.
She sharply criticized Imran Khan’s statements during his news conferences and announced one the man was in a critical state of mind, and she advised him to take the “medicine of the world” and let people of Pakistan rest.
Referring to former government she wondered where was Imran Khan for in last four years. He had power serve people; he could bring relief people during his rule.
“Today, public asks him what he did for people in in last four years. And today he says, he wants a two-thirds majority. What did he do for in people for in last four years, no project was given people”, minister added.
“Imran Khan appears on TV channels announce it every day failure. In this state of mind, he should avoid appearance on TELEVISION. If their protest was peaceful, then why did they commit violence? Why were the cops killed, why property damaged, she said. added.

She argued that the Supreme Court also gave his decision on violation of Constitution. “If you storm, damage propertyyou have no right to protest. Now if you make preparations for a hundred years or a lie people not with you.
You failed to rule in lied for four years, couldn’t prove any charge against political opponents. people of Pakistan is no more with you,” Ms. Aurangzeb told the PTI chair.
