New generation 308 van introduces electrified versions
Peugeot has opened orders for the new 308 SW by announcing the prices of the new generation van variant of its highly successful family in the Portuguese market, starting at 26,200 euros.
With five levels of equipment – Active Pack, Allure, Allure Pack, GT and GT Pack – the new Peugeot 308 SW offers thermal engines to petrol and diesel and plug-in hybrid engines with options between various power levels and, in some versions, choose between manual or automatic transmission.

In the range of motors gasoline, the powers vary between 110 hp and 130 hp of the 1.2 PureTech 3-cylinder with manual gearbox (CVM6) in the first and opening the option for automatic (EAT8) in the last. In the Diesel versions, it is the 1.5 BlueHDi of 4 cylinders of 130 hp that has the option for two transmissions.
In the plug-in hybrid versions, the gearbox is always the 8-speed automatic, varying the power levels between 180 hp (150 hp Puretech engine) hp and 81 kW electric motor) and 225 hp (180 hp PureTech engine and 81 kW electric motor) with 360 NM of torque and respective autonomy of 60 and 59 km.

Both versions are equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 12.4 kWh and a power of 102 kW, featuring two types of on-board chargers: a single-phase 3.7 kW charger as standard and an optional 7.4 kW also single-phase, with charging times that vary between 7h05m or 1h55m.

The commercial launch in Portugal is scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2022.
