ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (FO) reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to a peaceful, stable and sovereign Afghanistan, saying the country does not want any spoiler role in neighboring country.
Speaking at the weekly press conference, FO spokesman Asim Iftikhar Ahmed pointed out out that Pakistan was a constant concern over rising terrorism and cross-border attacks.

Previously in April, Pakistan extended by two months time for transport of Indian wheat and life-saving drugs to Afghanistan via Attari-Wagah border crossing on humanitarian basis.
Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the statement said the extension is evidence of Islamabad’s sincere efforts to resolve the humanitarian crisis. in Afghanistan.
