ISLAMABAD: January 15 (Sunday) was last day for minorities and women innovative business ideas to get involved in Rising Stars Startup Competition by presenting a three-minute video.
Rising Stars startup competition launches National Science and Technology Park (NSTP) in cooperation with US Embassy in Pakistan for minorities and women.
According to NSTP, the program will run for nine months when participants will receive chance to network and receive training from industry experts.
Draper University was on-board as an information partner of program and Pak Mission Society as media partner.
winner will be awarded the Rising Star Award of 1,000,000 PKR while second and third winners will receive 600,000 and 400,000 Pakistani Rupees respectively.
Other awards include those for best female team regional winner and special recognition prize for in team with most wonderful idea.
