'New Bioshock is set in an Antarctic city in the 1960s'

That’s what journalist Colin Moriarty claimed in a paid video – the information was subsequently shared publicly by website VGC. Eurogamer has meanwhile reported to have obtained the same information from sources.According to Moriarty, the new city where the game takes place are called Borealis. The game would also be story-wise connected to the previous games in the series.It was previously announced that the new studio Cloud Chamber is working on a new Bioshock game. According to Moriarty, the studio will have all the resources to meet the high expectations with the new Bioshock game. The game could be released in 2022.

Kene Levine, the creator of the modern Bioshock games, works not to the new Bioshock, by the way. He is working with his new studio Ghost Story Games on a new sci-fi game with RPG elements. According to Moriarty, that game, just like the Bioshock series, will also be published by Take-Two.

Earlier this week the possible name and logo of the new Bioschock already leaked out: Bioschock Isolation. For now, however, the only confirmed fact is that a new game in the series is in development at Cloud Chamber.
