— Strictness budget aimed at addressing increased tax and current account deficit, insists government
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Finance Miftah Ismail on Saturday accused of mismanagement of in past governments for damage economy which, he claimed, forced the administration of Shehbaz Sharif will present one of the tightest budgets in Pakistan history.

“Least for in last 30 years old, I’ve never seen such complex times where on one side Pakistan faced with complex international environment as well as on on the other hand, the management mechanism has deteriorated,” Ismail noted.

Referring to massive bleeding of cash in in power and gas sectors, Ismail said during last fiscal year only 3400 billion rupees in losses were recorded in two sectors due to subsidies and defaults.
