“Pursuant to subsection 1 of section 10 of the Sindh Local Government Law, government determined constituencies for LG polls, but constituencies had a disproportionate population,” he added.
Counties covered by DMK-P vote banks are of 90 000 people while others have just 20,000 population, he said, adding that it was “unfair” with population.

“Section 9 does not apply for by an order issued in accordance with Article 10(1)” – he added.
