Microsoft may be testing support for Android applications on Xbox.
This is apparent from the Windows Subsystem for Android, a program to test Android applications on Microsoft’s platforms. The option was previously announced for Windows 11 and should be available in 2022. However, according to the program’s page, Xbox is also supported. It is unclear whether this is a bug or whether Microsoft is considering the applications actually available on its consoles.Windows 11 will be released on October 5. Available as a free upgrade for Windows 10 users, the operating system includes Auto HDR and Xbox Game Pass integration.
