Malala recognizes favorable for education steps of CM Parvez Elahi

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai met with Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and former Federal Minister Muniz Elahi CM office on Wednesday in what activities of Malala Foundation in Pakistan, future strategy other projects were also discussed.

Chief Minister during a conversation with Malala Yousafzai says 25,000 teachers will be inducted on vacant positions in Punjab schools. CM announced impose a ban on use of corporal punishment in schools and madaris on request of Malala and added that the use of physical punishment on students in madaris and schools, especially for female students, will be unacceptable at all.
He assured that government the law will be implemented on applying physical punishments, adding that this law will be passed by the Punjab Assembly during current month.
CM said the teachers would be inducted for providing Punjabi education at the primary level, adding this literacy rate will increase by taking mother language as a source of providing education. Punjab government going to launch free transport for female students add that 100 percent the increase was made in awarding scholarships to students in South Punjab.
Pervez Elahi went on say Malala is pride of Pakistan and efforts of Malala for promotion of education is highly valued. Malala Yousafzai is not only a great example for in women of Pakistan, but also for in world. Malala Yousafzai spoke out against terrorism and extremism for for the sake of of getting an education.
“Yusufzai made love common through education and conquered hatred,” he said, adding that she role model and role model for other who illuminated light of knowledge in darkness of ignorance.
CM Elahi praised the activities of Malala Foundation and extended invitation to Malale Yousafzai, her father Zia ud Din Yousafzai, her husband Asar Malik and the allied delegation will visit tourism of Lahore.
Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai said she often hears and reads about CM Parvez Elahi and appreciates education-friendly steps of CM Parvez Elahi. She is added what Chief Minister made invaluable work in education sector.
She said she was proud to represent herself in front of world and pronounce the name of Pakistan with pride. She said she didn’t want the baby of Pakistan especially of Punjab should remain outside of school, adding that she wants to become voice of students of Punjab and aspires hard to resolve them problems.
Nobel laureate prayed that Allah Almighty would give time and opportunity Chief Minister so that he may undertake further commendable steps for promotion of education of female students. She emphasized that, in addition to religious and secular education, students should be instilled critical thinking among them as well.
Malala also thanked Chief Minister on according to her warm hospitality. Promptly promote steam programs that include (science technology, engineering, art and mathematics) was agreed during the meeting. Javed Ahmed Malik, Program Director of the Malala Foundation Pakistan, said that the Malala Foundation aims to improve the vision of our education to have access to quality education together with promotion abilities of maximum amount of women in to strengthen them.
