KP Cabinet satisfied with provincial law and order

PESHAWAR: Cabinet Ministers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on On Tuesday, the general situation with the rule of law was considered. in area and expressed his satisfaction over measures taken by the police and security forces.

The cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Mahmoud Khan was also attended by the chief secretary of the province, the inspector general of Police, Additional Chief Secretary, Senior Council Member of Secretaries of Revenue and Administration of various Government departments.

Later, referring to news conference after the meeting Special Assistant Chief Minister on Information barrister Muhammad Ali Saif said the law and order situation emerging out in Marriage for a few days back was effectively suppressed due to timely measures taken by law enforcement agencies. “We assure you that there is nothing to worry about, as government will maintain its right at any cost, and there will be no compromises. made on solidarity of country, safety of in peopleSaif assured.

He named news reports of militant hideouts in Marriage like “false and fabricated”, stating that the ceasefire with TTP target. He also said that there are some groups that are hostile to the TPP peace agreement and their involvement. in incidents related to terrorism in the province could not be ruled out.

Similarly, the cabinet approved the announcement of the Bashkar-Gol district of Upper Chitral District as a Biosphere Reserve under the KP Wildlife and Biodiversity (Protection, Conservation, Conservation and Management) Law 2015. The biosphere reserve is of 89,374 ha, which provides prime habitat for some wild animals, including snow leopard, Himalayan brown bear, Himalayan lynx, Cape hare, red fox, Himalayan ibex, Tibetan wolf, etc.

Provincial Cabinet Declares Shahi Nagar Ghur Dara of Division Duggar of Buner, in Buner Wildlife Division as a public nature reserve under the Wildlife and Biodiversity Act 2015.

Cabinet also approved the 2022 KPFactory Rules governing with attitude to work in factories. Cabinet also gave permission to revoke his earlier approval with with regard to appointment of Manzoor Ahmad as Chief Executive Officer of Company KP Transmission and Grid System (KPT&GSC) and allowed the Department of Power and Energy to place fresh advertising. for specified post according to the down procedure.

Provincial cabinet approves minimum support price of wheat harvest 2022-23 at a price of 2600 rupees / 40 kg, as worked out production cost committee on the foundation of survey conducted throughout the province. Minimum Support Price of wheat harvest for in last year 2021-22 was Rs 2200/40kg. Recommendations of The provincial government will now be divided with federal ministry of National Food Security and Research.

Cabinet also approved the creation of Darul Aman Crisis Center in place of Hostel for working women Hayatabad, regularization of employees of District Government and Community Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mine Regulations 2022 and regulations of 107 acres of land for security fence of Mohmand dam.

Referring to requirements of candidates, namely the holding of exams PMS and CSS at the same time, the cabinet decided to refer the case to the KP Civil Service Commission. for repetition of the PMS exam schedule giving candidates the opportunity to appear in both exams.
