Local Court Karachi on Two suspects were arrested on Monday in in police custody for interrogation regarding murder of Youth Jazlan Faisal over petty dispute in Bahria Town Karachi (BTK) last a week.
Police on The investigation began on Thursday. murder of 19-year-old, who was shot dead and his 20-year-an old friend of Shah Mir Ali, who was injured, allegedly by some other young men after on- a fight on the road over the objections of the victims to their reckless nocturnal cycling last night.
The case was brought under Article 34 (art.common intention), 302 (intentional murder) and 324 (attempt murder) of Criminal Code of Pakistan in Ghadap City Police Station on a complaint of the victim’s paternal uncle, Arif Sabir. Later police also included sections 109 (punishment for incitement) and 114 (the instigator is present when the crime is committed).
Subsequently, the police arrested the brothers Mohammed Irfan and Mohammed Hasnain. The other two suspects are Inshal and Mohammed Ihsan, nicknamed Ahsan. who this is brother of two detained suspects are still in hiding. Mohammed Faiz, father of three suspects. was also detained for interrogation.
The Investigator (IO) today brought Hasnain and Faiz to the Magistrate of Justice (Malir) Furqan Karim to secure their physical custody. for interrogation.
The IO stated that Khasnain allegedly quarreled with Faisal is student of institute of Expense and Management Accounts (ICMA) – after being asked to stop reckless driving in neighborhood of The city of Bahria, after which he and his friends pursued Faisal. car and opened fire next to the “Eiffel Tower” inside the housing scheme.
He also stated that Hasnain was required be interrogated in tracking order down the suspects are still at large. He added that their homes are being searched, but no further arrests can be made. made already.
The SI said that the suspect father, who loaned his licensed weapon (pistol) to his son and which was allegedly used in offense was also required be interrogated for a crime of incitement.
Therefore, he asked the judge to order a 14-day arrest. of both suspects in in police custody for interrogation and completion of investigation and other legal formalities.
On the other hand, defending suspects counsel strongly against request IO for arrest.
Protection counsel presented Khasnain’s birth certificate and stated that he could not be arrested. in police custody because he was a minor. They asked to arrest Khasnain. in judicial guardianship.
However, IO disputed the defense counsel and said that Khasnain is 17 years old, according to his birth certificate available with police.
Justice of the peace denied protection counsel plea and returned father-son duet in detention until 2 June.
He instructed IO to produce them on in next date together with investigation report.
Coming down hard on AND ABOUT for failure to return used weapons in offense, the judge ordered him to complete the task soon. IO was also said to ensure in arrest of other suspects and bring them to court in in next hearing.
