Saudi Dussur has acquired a €100 million stake in the Italian transformation chemicals company ITALMATCH, which will be used to raise the company’s capital and develop a number of specialized plants in the Kingdom.
Also announced was the inauguration and opening of Nami National Additive Manufacturing and Innovation Company, a partnership between Dussour and US-based 3D SYSTEMS to create the center, which is the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia.
Nami will provide engineering solutions for 3D printing and on-demand printing.
This project serves several sectors including the oil and gas, automotive, aviation and medical sectors.
