ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) turned down two petitions of ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against Akbar S Babar in Foreign funding case, ARY News reports. on Friday.
The IHC has rejected a petition filed by the ruling political party ban the election commission of Pakistan (ECP) hand to hand over records of PTI foreign funding case petitioner Akbar S Babar.
Another petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for Babar’s separation from the trial of it was also rejected by the highest court.

The Supreme Court upheld the verdict of election Committee in a business. Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani announced reserved verdict on PTI petition today.
