Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday provided the lawyer Imaan Zainab Mazari-Khazir pre-arrest deposit until June 9 in case of “abuse and defamation senior team of pakistani army.
Her pre-arrest The application for bail filed by lawyer Zainab Janjua was heard by IHC Chief Justice Atar Minallah.
BUT first information report (FIR) has been registered against Mazar-i-Hazir in the Ramna metropolitan police station under article 505 (inciting people against armed forces) and 138 (Promoting of act of disobedience on the part of a soldier) of Pakistan Penal Code.
It said that she made “pejorative and hateful” statement on May 21, her day mother, former human rights minister Shirin Mazari was arrested in outside her house in ownership of the land and the transfer of the case.

Later, in challenging the FIR, the lawyer representing Mazar-e-Hazir stated that her made victim of ulterior motives and willfulness of applicant and others who have a big impact.”
“FIR is baseless and the allegations are absurd,” the petition reads.
The court found her plea and gave Mazar-Khazir pre-arrest pledge for two weeks.
