The fire brigade was called to the smell of health chemicals club in in financial county of canary wharf in London, start evacuation of 900 people.
Mixture of chemical substances caused high levels of smoke and steam in Credit Suisse building in Cabot Square, London fire brigade (LFB) said.

Dave Hill, LFB Station Commander who was at the scene, said: “The crews took out sweep of in building and found elevated readings.
“Firemen ventilated the room. building and check the level of smoke. We evacuated about 900 people. people from building as a precaution.”
The brigade was called at 9 am, the incident was over by 12:30 with people permitted back in in building and the roadblocks have been removed.
Two fire engines from Millwall and Poplar stations and two fire Rescue units from Bethnal Green and Euston were called to the scene.
The incident took place two weeks after 29 people were taken to the hospital when a large number of chlorine gas was released in accident at the watersports center in London’s Olympic Park.
