Forza Horizon 5 announced yesterday will include a Performance mode that allows the game to run at 60 frames per second on Xbox Series X and S.
That can be read in an FAQ on the Forza -website. There are two modes. The game automatically runs in 4k and 30 fps on Series X and in 1080p and 30 fps on Series S. By choosing Performance mode, the game runs at 60 fps on both consoles, although a corresponding resolution was not given. The PC specifications are also unknown, but Playground will provide more information about this in the coming months. Finally, the FAQ states that the game supports cross-play on any system.Forza Horizon 5 is – as previous rumors suggested – in Mexico off. The game world is set to become the largest in the franchise to date. The racing game is coming to Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PC, and Game Pass.
