Speaking on television, he said: “The position of Imran Khan can be strengthened, but no chance of removing it in any scenario.
Chaudhry went on say that it party will not accept any formula aimed at removing Imran Khan from power, as this would be tantamount to defeat for Pakistani nation.
Chaudhry also expressed suspicion that current government will not hold elections in October according to plan. “Scheduled Elections in October just pretext for dissolution government on 18 August. Will it government really give up power in August, he asked.
Chaudhry also accused current rulers of using All possible tactics prevent organization of fair elections in a country.
When questioned, Chaudhry said that regardless of whether Pakistan signed the agreement with International Monetary Fund (IMF), country most likely to face difficult times in V future. He criticized government for not having strategy other than the suppression of opposition votes after damage has been done national economy through their misguided decisions.
He added: “There is no difference between strategies of PTI and PML-N, except that Maryam Nawaz is now developing party strategies instead of her father Nawaz Sharif.
To the question about role of The Supreme Court, Chaudhry said the court has a duty issue his sentences in correspondence with Constitution. He emphasized that people of Pakistan is well aware of how to enforce judgments.
