Introduction

Founding partner of Ethereum (ETH) Vitalik Buterin converted USD (USDC) worth $14.9 million for the Gemini exchange, according to PeckShield.

Transaction Details

Blockchain investigators discovered a new transaction from the linked wallet with Buterin. According to PeckShield, a wallet called Vitalik.eth withdrew 14.93 million USDC to the Gemini cryptocurrency exchange on October 16.

Receiving Funds from Canro Charitable Foundation

It is known that on October 14, Buterin received US$14.93 million from the Canro Charitable Foundation organization affiliate with him.

Transfer to Coinbase

Separate analysis conducted by crypto data provider Lookonchain found that Buterin also transferred nearly $500,000 to cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase three days ago.

Selling of MKR Tokens
