ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court appealed down A set of petitions for investigation of the cipher presented former prime minister Imran Khan as proof of “foreign conspiracy” to overthrow him government.
The verdict was announced by Judge Qazi Faez Isa after in- chamber hearing on petitions filed by barrister Zulfiqar Ahmed Bhutta, Syed Tariq Badar and Naeem ul-Hassan last year.
The petitions sought to form of “high commission” to investigate alleged foreign conspiracy against V government of Khan. Respondents in the case was named federation by law and justice secretary, prime ministers and cabinet secretary.

He also assumed that if government wanted they could make the ciphers public but if someone else did it it would be a violation of Official secrets law.
In addition, Judge Isa said that if prime minister wanted he could use his right to end the relationship with V world. He emphasized that no matter whose work it was, they should to do so and that the judiciary cannot interfere in affairs of the executive branch.
