EFOTT-ON

This year’s EFOTT festival will be held on the northern shore of Lake Velence, Sukoró, from 10 to 15 August 2021, where the Ministry of the Interior and NISZ Zrt., The Hungarian state administration its number one infocommunication service provider is also involved with its artificial intelligence-based solutions related to electronic administration. At the event, visitors to the joint stand of the ministry and the service provider can meet several interactive programs. For example, they can try out the electronic administration column, get acquainted with the MIA chat robot and the identification service with NISZ video technology, and they can even request ePerson on the Mobile Government Window Bus. Moreover, those interested can find out how easy it is to apply for a driving license or the European Union’s digital COVID card online with just a few clicks. However, the two organizations would like to draw attention to the latest digital services used in public administration with a number of other interesting programs, games and surprises.

Building on the positive experiences of NISZ Nemzeti Infokommunikációs Szolgáltató Zrt. he will also take part in the EFOTT festival this year. The aim of the company is to provide visitors to the event with first-hand information about e-government processes and new services based on artificial intelligence, and even to experience their benefits up close.

MIA – the new generation of customer service

The 1818 Administrative Customer Line team was joined a few months ago by a new colleague “whom” EFOTT visitors can also meet. MIA, the chat robot, is currently assisting customers by answering questions related to the Customer Gateway service, thus speeding up the administrative process and relieving the burden on customer service staff. The new “colleague” of 1818, which can serve 400 customers at the same time, is constantly learning and developing based on customer questions, answering voice-based questions on a voice basis, and has a descriptive function that allows customers to say their requests or questions orally. So MIA is still available to users in connection with the Customer Portal, but we can contact you with more questions soon.

Electronic administration columns for contactless administration

The development of electronic administration columns is one of the first steps towards contactless administration and automation. By using the tools, case types given without personal contact, with document and portrait identification can be initiated electronically in the Government Windows and on the outsourced customer services. The main advantage of smart poles is that they are available 24 hours a day and can later be used outside government office locations. In the near future, the Ministry of the Interior plans to install about 400 electronic administration columns across the country, with the help of which citizens can handle 12 different cases related to documents and vehicles, or even report their address. On the columns at the stands of the Ministry of the Interior and the NISZ, the participants of the festival can apply for the official moral certificate and the replacement of the driving license.

Facial identification – registration is easier than ever

Whatever case we do, we may already be used to having to identify ourselves. While this requires us to present a face-to-face document in a personal case, we have several options for this in the online space: the Central Identification Agent (CCA) allows access to various services through the Customer Portal, Telephone Identification Codes and ePersonal. The range of identification services was expanded with Portrait identification in February 2021. To achieve this, the necessary registration can also be done at EFOTT

Applying for an EU digital COVID card with a few clicks

The EU Digital COVID is a free document available online and in paper format to certify protection against the coronavirus throughout the European Union. The card certifies all three possible forms of protection, so we can find the following types: EU vaccination card, test card and recovery card. The document can be requested or downloaded via the EESZT public portal and the mobile application, but it is also possible at EFOTT, and the staff of the Ministry of the Interior and the NISZ are at your disposal

Mobile Government Window Bus – for special locations, ad hoc customer service

The Mobilized Government Window Customer Service is an administrative minibus stationed at pre-arranged times in settlements where there is no permanent Government Window. That is why the vehicle has all the IT tools needed to handle administrative matters available in the Government Windows (document workstation, printer, laminator, camera). One of the Mobile Government Window Buses, which is now present in all counties and in the capital, can also be found at EFOTT.

It also awaits you with a quiz game and invites EFOTT participants to an exciting competition, where they can also get acquainted with a new, interactive game, NAVIBALL, to test their dexterity and speed. The competition of balls controlled by the NAVIBALL application on an exciting 1.5×1.5 meter obstacle course, where golf ball-sized balls can be controlled using 10 “tablets as a joystick or even by tilting the tablet. The individually developed obstacle course also includes a clearly visible timing device. which allows accurate tracking of time results.
