The Electoral Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on On Friday he issued notices to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman, Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and others for participating in a manifestation in Lower Dir in connection with local government elections in the province, according to a news socket.
The Commission also issued notices to National Assembly President Asad Qaiser, Federal Ministers Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Murad Saeed and Pervez Khattak, and Provincial Minister Anwar Zeb Khan for attending the public collection.
With the notice, the ECP summoned the premier on Also on March 14 in person or through his own counsel.
According to the ECP, the prime minister violated Section 234 of the revised electoral law, 2017.

He had warned PM Imran that the legal proceedings under sections 233 and 234 of the 2017 Election Act could be initiated against him if he has violated any provision of the revised code.
