Electronic Arts would soon be bringing back a classic franchise, insider Tom Henderson claims.
The VGC journalist reported that on Twitter last night. It would be a franchise that gamers used to love, but he does not give hints as to which franchise it is.
Gamers have been speculating since Henderson’s tweet. Franchises such as SSX, SimCity, Burnout and Road Rash are frequently mentioned. For now, however, this is only speculation.
Henderson claims EA will make an announcement “tomorrow” . Since the tweet was created last night, he could possibly mean sometime in the course of today.Electronic Arts is not averse to giving classic franchises a comeback these days. For example, the publisher is working on a reboot of Dead Space and Skate is also returning.
