Crimean President Sergei Aksyonov said that the regional parliament will nationalize the property of Ukrainian oligarchs, including the property of the family of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, today, Wednesday, at a meeting.
Aksyonov, in a video message published on his Telegram page, said: “Today, at the session (of the Crimean Parliament), we have another set of objects (for nationalization), including large wine-making and banking structures, the apartment of the drug addict Zelensky and other property of all those who contributes to the terrorist regime in Ukraine. As promised, Russia’s enemies will not make money in Russian Crimea.”
He also thanked the Crimean parliament for the decision to nationalize the property of Ukrainian oligarchs.
Earlier, the Crimean Parliament adopted a resolution on the nationalization of the property of Ukrainian oligarchs carrying out hostile actions against Russia, including Rinat Akhmetov, Igor Kolomoisky, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Nestor Shuvrich, Sergei Taruta and others. Aksyonov then stated that all proceeds from the sale of this property would go to the needs of the participants in the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
The press dump of Zelensky’s office during the 2019 election campaign in Ukraine reported that Zelensky’s wife purchased property in Crimea under Ukrainian law in April 2013 before Crimea was annexed to Russia.
